LOOK
Look around your neighborhood, city, or workplace. What needs life? What needs connection? We begin every project by observing and seeing into the deeper problems and needs of the community.
Gather & listen
Bringing community members and stakeholders together. I listen to the needs and gifts of the community. What do we want to create? What do we need? How can we bring out our gifts and redefine our stories? We garner support, feedback, and viability by gathering and listening.
connect
Connecting a core group of partners, artists, residents, leaders, funders, and youth, we begin to envision the project. We build bridges, have difficult conversations and move beyond our own silos.
